A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) educates compassionate community-minded oral health providers to lead the profession.
Combined Degree Programs
- DMD/MPH
A dual-degree program where students earn a Doctor of Dental Medicine and a Master of Public Health – Dental Emphasis in four years; all students concurrently earn a Certificate in Public Health.
International Student Programs
Other Paths:
- General International Admissions - International students may apply for the traditional four-year DMD program; however, the Advanced Standing track (ASID) is specifically offered at the ATSU-MOSDOH Missouri campus rather than the Arizona campus.

Research Themes:
Clinical Experiences
An innovative modular curriculum that starts with the "Foundations of Dental Medicine" and transitions to a patient-centered systems model, integrating biomedical and clinical sciences from the early years.
Clinical Rotations:
- Integrated Community Service Partnerships (ICSP) - The hallmark D4 experience where students complete four to five external rotations (approx. 24 weeks) at over 60 sites including Community Health Centers, IHS, and VA clinics.
- Smiles Across Pinal County - An internal clinical rotation for third-year students focused on providing preventive sealants and screenings to at-risk school children.
- Internal Clinical Rotations - Students rotate through the ATSU-ASDOH Dental Clinic and the Center for Advanced Oral Health, gaining experience in general dentistry and specialty care for medically complex patients.
