- Internationally Educated DMD Program (IDP) - A 27-month advanced standing program for dentists trained outside the U.S. and Canada.
- International Exchange Programs - Partnerships for student exchange and double degrees, such as with Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC) in Barcelona, Spain.
- Immersive Externships - Opportunities for RSDM students and hosting for international students from Albania, Chile, India, Ireland, Peru, and South Korea.

Clinical Experiences
An intensive clinical curriculum where students work with patients daily; first and second-year students gain experience as assistants before managing their own patient pool under faculty supervision.
Clinical Rotations:
- Community-Oriented Dental Education (CODE) - Fourth-year students treat disadvantaged patients in off-site clinics located in Northfield and Somerdale.
- International Dental Missions - Annual service trips to locations including the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
- Indian Health Services (IHS) - Dental missions to Native American reservations in the West and Midwest.
- Give Kids a Smile - A community outreach event providing free preventive care and education to underserved children.
