Combined Degree Programs
- DDS/PhD
Offered in Oral and Craniofacial Biomedical Sciences; an individualized, interdisciplinary program for students interested in academic and researcher careers.
- DDS/MS
Offered in Oral Biology; available as a Clinical Track for specialty students or a Basic Science Track for clinician-scientists.
International Student Programs
Other Paths:
- Clinical Specialty Programs - Foreign-trained dentists can apply to CODA-accredited specialty programs (e.g., Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics) to meet Texas licensure requirements.
- Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) - A 12-month postdoctoral certificate program that considers applicants who graduated from non-CODA accredited dental schools.
