Mission Statement
The mission of the Touro College of Dental Medicine at New York Medical College is to graduate outstanding dental professionals who will utilize a complex knowledge base and sophisticated perceptual skills to deliver excellent health care service with integrity, compassion, and empathy. The school is dedicated to conducting important educational and clinical research, while providing excellent dental health services to the public.

Offered in partnership with New York Medical College (NYMC) to focus on community-based preventive care and health policy.
- BS/DDS (3+4 and 4+4 Pathways)
Dental Honors Pathway for highly qualified high school graduates and undergraduate students at Touro's undergraduate divisions.
International Student Programs
Other Paths:
- International Dentist Program (IDP) - A 24-month intensive program for foreign-trained dentists to earn a U.S. DDS degree, beginning in the third year of the standard curriculum.

Clinical Experiences
A two-phase curriculum consisting of two years of didactic/preclinical education followed by two years of clinical training at Touro Dental Health (NY or NM locations), utilizing a team-based model pairing D3 and D4 students.
Clinical Rotations:
- Pediatric Clinic Rotation - Clinical practice rotation focusing on pediatric dentistry.
- Oral Surgery - Clinical training in basic and advanced oral surgical procedures.
- Endodontics - Clinical training in root canal therapy and pulp-related treatments.
- Orofacial Pain - Diagnosis and management of chronic facial pain and TMD.
- Complex Care - Advanced clinical training in complex restorative and prosthodontic cases.
