Combined Degree Programs

Offered in partnership with the UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management, allowing students to complete both degrees concurrently.
International Student Programs

- UMKC-Kuwait Dental Agreement - A limited number of international students from Kuwait are considered for the traditional DDS program through this specific state agreement.

Research Themes:
Clinical Experiences
A hallmark of the curriculum is early clinical exposure starting in the first semester of the first year. The general clinic is organized into subunits called teams with dedicated faculty and staff.
Clinical Rotations:
- Comprehensive Care Teams - Students are assigned to clinical teams to provide comprehensive patient care from diagnosis to completion.
- External Clinical Rotations - Hospital-based rotations for advanced education and senior students include Children's Mercy Hospital, Saint Luke's Hospital, and University Health.
